Search Is Where It's At

In the early 90's you may remember reading article after article about the demand for nurses and teachers. Alas, no one wanted to be a teacher because the pay was so poor, and society needed (needs) nurses because of the aging Baby Boomers.

So what does this have to do with Search? My friend, Dean Johnson, sent me this article recently. The article sites that, in the upcoming years, individuals with deep knowledge of search, seo and sem will be in high demand.

Who would've known that today's search experts would be the societal saviours (like teachers and nurses) of the 2000's?
